Covenant Village is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation. Our financial philosophy is that operational expenses will be paid by customer fees, while facility expansion will be made with capital donations. It is our desire that groups will enjoy the camp or retreat experience at Covenant Village and not have to cancel their plans. However, we know that sometimes emergencies arise. We will make every effort to be fair.
Deposits are non-refundable. They allow us to hold the camp dates for a particular guest group. Because most groups plan at least 6 months ahead, it is unlikely that we will be able to register another group if you cancel and we will therefore lose that much-needed revenue. If your event should change, your deposit can be used as a tax-deductible donation.
