If you find something broken, please report it to us.

If you break it, please notify us & pay for it — we will assess a fee for the replacement of the item.

Keep to the Roads
Do not drive in the fields (parking in the grass near Deerfield meeting room is fine).

Do Not Climb on Buildings
Do not climb on the roofs of the buildings.

Return Moved Items
You are welcome to move the furniture around to suit your needs; please return everything where you found it.

Pictures of Your Group
Unless you request otherwise, we are allowed to use pictures of you and your group at CV for marketing purposes.

Throw Away Trash
Please put all trash in trash cans & check the grounds for trash before you leave.
